The complimentary breakfast is so yummy, especially the sweet ragi semiya, the crispy masala dosa, kuzhi appam, vada, Pongal, poori, sambar chutney need to be specially mentioned. Moreover the hospitality of the entire team especially the roof top restaurant team is excellent... With limited staff they provide excellent service... They lock the access to the main entrance via staircase that becomes an issue as the only other option is to rely on the elevator that consumes time as there is only one lift, the waiting time is too much .. Some extra care needs to be taken on the following points: The internet is slow and at times it doesn't connect. I complained to the reception almost everyday to fix the showergel dispenser but they never did... Except for these few issues all other things are good... Read More
